Escape extremes...of emotions if you get hyper emotional without caring for self and desires if you run after fulfillment of desires with out caring for anything else. .

this is something unique but it is true.A seed of love can give rise to a tree of love.Unless one loves n respects self being a part of divinity,one can not love and respect others truly as part of divinty .In absence of introduction to true form of self and others, it is either a drama/socially learnt act or hyper emotionality /over empathy that one may regard as love/affection.

free dom

free dom..free walk,free talk,free smile,free ..free..carefree..free life...free consciousness/soul= realisation of universal consciousness.

desires n emotions

None can get all desires met ,none can get all emotions received by others...only step that can be taken is to realise this fact and be free of this cycle.

A spiritual person has no enemies in spiritual world.There may be hurdle creators in their worldly lives but they are able to find their way through them ultimately.

Have trust ,not faith in people because they are falliable due to mistakes of own/others committed knowingly/unknowingly.. Faith is restricted to one who is beyond human errors and that is Universal consciousness.

there is a limit to consumption...todays times are problematic because of this attitude of over consumption by people.Consumption should lead to health n prosperity in all dimensions ,you can not keep putting everything inside and on yourself that you watch in media .You are not a cave but you become one dark ,deep,long,big cave by doing so.

All of us are not alike unless we all are in state of balance.World is divided into two type of people...one good for self basically ,another good for others basically.n both are sufferers ..former ones lack in the emotional plane and latter ones in worldly plane.Balance required.

What went wrong with Adam and Eve?

Adam and eve were divine until they ate the forbidden fruit.Eating this fruit resulted in nothing but forgetfulness of permanence of soul/consciousness .Before this incident took place both Adam and eve were in touch with the supreme truth that all are one and all of us are infact universal consciousness ,they were immortal and could switch over to being universal consciousness but after eating that fruit,they lost that ability.We being their descendants are also lacking that ability.. truthful life and meditation brings us back to our lost divinity.
Suppose we are having no mind and heart of our own...and we live in God's garden having ability to be united with supreme consciousness ,how would it feel?Mind and heart act in opposite directions and that is why human beings are prone to causing sorrows and sufferings to others or self depending upon what rules them.. mind or heart. In absence of both mind and heart no imbalance may occur and thus no wrong actions can be taken by self that may result in any sufferings to self or others.Whatever action ia taken in such situation is the result of command of supreme consciousness that Adam and eve never get parted with....being able to feel union with this supreme consciousness.

what is objectivity

what is objectivity that some people refer many a times to prove their point.it is not another name of narcissism they must know.Compartmentalising is an attribute of a rational mind but   over emphasizing and overusing it suggests that a person has become self obsessed to the point of declaring everyone else  as  non existent and not  taking them into view even when it is required to be done so considering them as human .

Listen to your inner voice to get peace and prosperity IN ALL DIMENSIONS OF LIFE..

An illustration of inner voice is... when we eat something tasty...Tongue wants more but stomach says "no"..one who expresses to you need of stomach to not be fed anymore is iNner voice.You listen  to or ignore it is your choice.

Spirituality is love with your trueself.You can not be true with anyone else unless you are true with yourself.Hence you love others only when you love your true self.........

Yang is the masculine energy,the shakti aspect as is called in Indian traditional knowldege..while yin is the feminine energy,the shiva aspect of all living beings.We all are union of both but one of them is dominant.Yang is the kinetic energy,doing ,moving force ,yin is the potential energy,bearing,stationary,thinking ,receptive force.

and shakti refer to left and right side of super consciousness when it divides itself into two equal halves in Hindu mythology or yang and yin in chinese mythology.Below is given the picture of union of both aspects of super consciousness.

Inhaling and exhaling are the two doors to paraysmpathetic system and sympathyetic system ,hence learn to breathe properly to evolve.This will lead to total health gradually.

Sixth sense is nothing but our heightened inner voice that can sense at higher level.But the journey starts with listening to our feeble inner voice instead of people/views around that grows on and on to the level of sixth sense or sixth chakra or ajna chakra.

Wise people learn to not get affected by circumstances.Nothing is permanent ,all problems get solved one day .So why to worry or be sad,let the moment go,be it agood one or a bad one ....the more one clings to it, the more it will create hurdle in life.

 

Spirituality is knowing where to draw a line for mind and heart so that they can work in harmony.

So beautiful universe is not a result of haphazard thoughts or chance factor.Only Logic and empathy of Universal consciousness can create it.

JL;KJLet me tell you something..the moment you start walking on path of truth leaving ego/superego behind...your life starts becoming more beautiful and satisfying than you can imagine...you would never repent.

Nothing is by chance.So called chances are also a result of previous actions taken,so do carefully whatever you do .

The more the spirituality awakens within you, the more you become one with universal consciousness and the more peace oriented you become because balance ,the central attribute of universal consciousness is achieved in realms of peace only.

 

There is no need to keep listening to motivational talks,simply no need .what is needed is following it,doing it,BEING RIGHT, BEING JUST, BEING TRUE, BEING INNER VOICE OF SELF.

Meditation makes us see what mind does not.Focussing is very much important in life ,without it we are like a boat that never reaches shore.

 

One can not get what one can not give.So give to get if you cant give to give today.

Anger arises out of frustration.Frustration has two origins...one is not getting expected results of hard work ,another is not getting planned results of plotting.For those falling in the first category,knowing limitations of action taken by them is enough.For the others leaving plotting is enough.

FIGHT is not to be better than others but to be better than previous self of own.Only brave people can take this only true challenge.

Before playing foul with others, one plays foul with self.

Pursuit of knowledge with due empathy in heart and aiming for peace is the way to life.

When you start getting joy from whatever you are engaged with,you become free from restricting actors of time and space and thus in harmony with universal consciousness/supreme soul.

Only when one who is the doer of the act becomes the act by being one with it, does the act becomes perfect.

What mind yearns for is intellect,what heart yearns for is love and what spirit yearns for is light....enlightenment is the key to get all three.

 

Time and space are the two dimensions of life.Both are important but if one has to be preferred it has to be space.Because in absence of your due space for yourself , time has no relevance.And those who get undue space at the expense of others are nomore than a stuck clock that ...stops movement/flow/growth and as a result life itself.

Words are reflection, inner rythm is face.True appreciation is all about finding true grace.

 

Smoking or drinking chokes blood vessels and it negatively affects the blood circulation

Doing right is what we can do instead of expecting others to do what is right.It hardly matters whether others are also going on the right way or not.If I can see and others can not or dnt want to ,would I also close my eyes?Ofcourse not.LIGHT CALLS...

Where is the time to think what others will say before doing what is right?

 

Poetry is the recapitulation of experiences .The more keen your senses and power to express is..the more beautiful and spell binding the lines are.

Our vision is two dimensional...each eye represent one dimension.When both work in harmony we can actually perceive the third dimension as it is...otherwise we either lessen or increase it/ depth.

What is comfortable is bound to be beautiful but not vice versa.

 

We can not remain aloof of what is going on outside us.If we take charge of our own self /life ,not allowing wrong done to self and to others as much as is in our hands...we can be assured of having done our part.

We do not have to lose our existence but to keep it intact in its positive qualities and add more to it on exposure to others.If we find the reverse...there is something wrong in the kind of exposure we are going through.

None can dominate you unless you give him/her that power.

Equality for all as a human being is characteristic of evolved beings.

Sit with a dominating person for some time and after you walk out, you will feel sorry to decide to sit with him/her.

Dominance is so ugly and so animalistic to tolerate.

 

 

We are what we appear from outside but we are also what we do not appear from outside.....body,spirit/consciousness.

Spirituality is about getting aware on sensual as well as intellectual levels.

Quest of spirituality starts with quest of love.

Sunflower follows sun...spiritual seeker follows light!

Language of love is silent yet conveys most powerful expression .

 

Dreams seen by innerself have potential to be real..they are made to be true ...trust them and move.

There exists a thin line between greed and satisfaction.While crossing satisfaction, if we can listen to innerself we shall never move on to greed.

Healthy boundaries are essential but unhealthy boundaries must be detroyed.

Our consciousness/energy is a fire having property of heat and light...it has to be taken care of to be at the optimum level that in in harmony with body.

Ego is a worth despise attribute..it makes people look dead and haunting like a lame lion.

 

We all are seekers of beauty/harmony ...being a spiritual seeker means being a seeker of true beauty/harmony and not get wandered by an apparent one.Apparent harmony brings temporary satiation of senses but results in effect of disturbing peaceful state of mind and soul.
